Out of Hours


Your property manager and support team are available to assist you any time between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Outside of these hours we can provide your development with an out of hours emergency call response service, which is subject to a small annual fee per apartment/house. Please check your developments budget and/or notice board to see if your development subscribes.

If your development does subscribe, then please call this number for the Out of Hours Service 0113 4675451.
If you would like your development to be subscribed to the Out of Hours service, then please speak with the Director of your RMC or alternatively your Property Manager.

The Out of Hours service is for communal emergencies only, not apartment specific concerns.
